Feel free to send any patches you want, it would be better if you could
send context or unified diffs against the top of the appropriate
branches (mainline or cvs1-11-x-branch) if possible along with your
ChangeLog entry for the change.
For news about what is in the cvs1-11-x-branch since the 1.11.6 release,
you could go to the cvs sources and browse the NEWS file for
cvs1-11-x-branch http://ccvs.cvshome.org/source/browse/ccvs/
You may also checkout a copy of the latest cvs1-11-x-branch
cvs -d :pserver:guest@cvs.cvshome.org:/cvs co -rcvs1-11-x-branch ccvs
and take a look at it for yourself.
