CVS Repository Backup

Hi,

 Needed some information on CVS repository backup.  I would like to
know if there are any tools (Script etc.) available to do the CVS
repository backup.  We can do a tar of the entire repository which is
good but what I need is some kind of journaling feature.  So if I take
a backup say at 2:00 PM and server crashes at 10:00 AM next day, I
want a way to capture all the changes that happened after 2:00 PM the
previous day till 10:00 AM the following day, so that I dont lose
data.  Is there a way to do this?  Any tools available for this?  CVS
is installed on a linux box.  Please let me know.
