I need access to the repository from different platform
but this platforms use different charsets for Russian
language (cp1251 for MS Windows and KOI8-R for Linux)
IS IT POSSIBLE TO DO CHARSET CONVERSION ON THE FLY during
check-in and checkout of work copy? (like conversion of new line
mark between different platform)
