I did a build of cvs-1.11.1p1 on hppa2.0w-hp-hpux11.11. In order to
resolve GSS_C_NT_HOSTBASED_SERVICE, I had to add -lgss to the LIBS
used in the src/Makefile. Presumably, some configuration check is
needed to determine if this library is necessary.
