That is exactly what I want - I want to have an option in my add-on
that allows the user to log-on, but I want to enter the password in a
nice dialog and pass it to the CVS binary via stdin...
Anyway, in the meantime I found out that the CVSNT project already
implements the getpass() function in a way that allows passing the
password via stdin.
