csv problem

hi, i have a rather wierd experience every time i turn my computer on i get a pic of a file being dowloaded but it never finishes, it will blink constantly until i push esc.. i think it has something to do with bi-minutely.csv and poster-list.csv. but i dont know how to get rid of this. anyone have an idea. please let us know this is very annoying.   thanks laura
