Notice the "? " at the start of the file name.
Seems like you have a file with non standard characters in the name.
`ls -lb` might indicate better what the chars are,
and you could use ctrl-v to input literal controls chars
as arguments to rm. Alternatively you may prefer
to graphically select the file for deletion with xdg-open .
