That should be fixed by Pádraig's patch.

I've seen this several times already.  It'd be good to fix it
eventually, if only to avoid spending any more time with
failure reports.  But since it's related only to install's
-C option, it's not a high priority at all.

Looks like an oddity at a mount point.
I'm happy to leave this one unaddressed, for now.
