bug in date

[Emily Lane]

I seem to have come across an anomaly in the date function.  It only seems to 
happen for April 5th
e.g.
> date --date "20090405 24 hour" +%d
05
> date --date "20090405 24 hour" +%m
04

For any other day this correctly adds 24 hours to the date.
