Adding the kitchen sink to `sort`.

Though if we were to add this functionality to coreutils,
sort seems like the right place. I've often used
sort | tail, but only for small data sets where the
overhead is negligible.  I'm leaning towards this being
useful given how much faster it would be for large datasets.
