FYI: Pull vc-list-files from gnulib.

Now that coreutils' vc-list-files has become a gnulib module,
I've just made this change:

        Pull vc-list-files from gnulib.
        * bootstrap.conf (gnulib_modules): Add vc-list-files.
        * build-aux/vc-list-files: Remove file.
