The Debian sources indicate it was packaged from the non-gnu location
http://ftp.gnu.org/pub/gnu/non-gnu/doschk/doschk-1.1.tar.gz. As near
as I can determine from the maintainers file on fencepost there is no
listing for the doschk program. That would appear to indicate that it
does not have a GNU maintainer at the moment. The bug reporting
address in the doschk README file uses prep.ai.mit.edu and the newest
file in the non-gnu tar.gz file is from 1993. This software bundle
has not been released for a long time The README file still shows up
on www.delorie.com. I see ports to gnuwin32 and to HP-UX but both
seem to be straight ports of the stock 1.1 version. I don't see it in
any of the other software distributions (www.rpmfind.net does not find
any).

It appears to me that Ben Pfaff has been the only one maintaining the
doschk project for many years.

Bob
