coreutils-4.5.6 on Compaq OSF/1 with native compilers: success

The coreutils-4.5.6 build on Compaq OSF/1 with native compilers was a
complete success, so I don't think that we should worry about the
build failure that I reported earlier with gcc 2.9-gnupro-99r1.

Despite dozens of attempts, I have yet to build gcc-2.95 or gcc-3.x
snapshots successfully on OSF/1 5.1 (OSF/1 4.0 is no problem at all).
Eventually, we'll get an up-to-date gcc on this system, and the
build problems that I see from time-to-time with the existing gcc
will go away.
