Building cim-5.1 on Cygwin32/Windows7

Hello,

I tried to build (configure --prefix=/home/Christoph/cim) and ended up here:

/bin/sh ../libtool  --tag=CC   --mode=compile gcc -DHAVE_CONFIG_H -I. -I..
