[bug-cflow] is the list in manual section 6.3 GCC Initialization up to date?

This list was very handly for eliminating most of the warning in the
code I'm currently working on, the only exceptions being the
previously reported issues.  So perhaps it is up to date with all the
current gcc attributes.  It just seems like to sort of thing that
might easily fall out of sync, so I thought I'd mention its usefulness
and that I didn't understand the reasons for its contents prefectly
enough to tell if it's fully up to date.
