There are a (relative) lot of people who are using it, and usage is
definitely picking up recently:

2005-06-14 to 2005-07-14    (11)

The best strategy so far seems to be:
1. Repeat the message that this is the best way to get your bug fixed
2. Address the bugs that show up there so #1 stays true
