Ahh. The ChangeLog and the stable release being next to each other made me
assume they went together. Perhaps the ChangeLog link could be moved down to
the snapshot link?

If you observe, the colours change at random from a palette of four
schemes.
The Change log is fresh for the latest snapshot, but latest stable
release is the latest stable release.
