Tools like makeinfo, flex and bison shouldn't be required to build GNU
packages, as explained somewhere in the GNU standards. I don't know
why cfengine goes to the trouble of overriding (in Makefile.am) the
automake rules which implement this, but I think it's wrong.
`maintainer-clean' is the documented make target to zap them.
