FreeBSD 4.6, network interfaces and cfengine 2.0.3

At least in my FreeBSD 4.6-RELEASE system, network interfaces based
classes are still undefined until I applied attached patch. (basically
"ifr.ifr_flags == IFF_BROADCAST" -> "ifr.ifr.flags & IFF_BROADCAST" in
nameinfo.c (line 325))

If someone needs FreeBSD port from cfengine 2.x.x, check
