Trivial change to hide RecursiveEditFiles(%s) message

On line 55 of edittools.c, the printf should be made a call to the
Verbose macro, in my opinion. The attached patch does *both* this
change and the previous EditInclude/EditExclude changes.

If you want me to buffer these patches until you're ready for them,
just say the word. It's easiest for me to fire them off when they're
fresh in my mind.
