Some fixes to cfengine-2.0.a16

Hello,

In order to get a simple setup working I had to patch the following
things:

- remove a bzero() of the MD5 hash 

- Fix a off by one error in the lenght comparisson (I think this is a 
  defect?)

- Add (duplicate) some code to use WORKDIR if CFINPUTSVAR is not set. 
  this was done for cfagent, but not for cfrun, cfservd
