bison 3.1 test failure, Ubuntu Mate 16.04

Hi.

I got a test failure buiding bison 3.1 on Ubuntu 16.04.
GCC version is:

gcc (Ubuntu 5.4.0-6ubuntu1~16.04.10) 5.4.0 20160609
Copyright (C) 2015 Free Software Foundation, Inc.

All I did was 'configure && make'.
