As I am just a humble packager - I try to keep the systems stripped of
potential side-effects - I am missing a few more bits I expect.

re: java being old - I am compiling on AIX 5.3 so that the package can rely
on binary compatibility and also run on AIX 6.1 and AIX 7.1

Results after patch, and ONLY running make test again
