Hard-coded parser option

Hi guys,

I came across this [1] when searching for ways to speed up bison. My
question is has anyone ever attempted to add an option to bison to
produce this type of parser? 

In the paper the authors say that they used bison to create their parser
(mule). Unfortunately I can seem to get my hands on a copy of it.
