master: bootstrap doesn't clean up properly

on a freshly cloned copy, after "git submodule update --init
&& ./bootstrap && ./configure && make && make check", "git
status" gives:

Most of them would probably be hidden by a common
.git/info/exclude of "*~", but:

a) Bison shouldn't rely on that, and
b) there are several *.m4 and directories in the above list.
