A fix to /opt/csw/include/getopt.h _is_ the most general fix - it solves
the problems for all packages that are using the CSW build of getopt to
provide getopt_long, whether or not gnulib is also providing a
package-local override.  I concur with others in this thread to fix it
in CSW, leaving gnulib nothing further to do.
