Thanks for responding.  I wasn't sure if you followed the list or not, but 
I knew you occasionally contributed patches to update djgpp support.  I 
figured we were about to break it, so I wanted to send you a warning.

Right.  In my previous email, I proposed a patch to do that for the rest 
of Bison.  Most likely, I'll apply that to branch-2.4.2, branch-2.5, and 
master.  If someone discovers a problem, I might leave it out of 
branch-2.4.2, but I hope not.

Hopefully so.  If they reject it for some reason, maybe we can find a way 
to make the replacement directly in Bison.

That sounds great.  Bruno Haible is listed as the maintainer for that 
module, so he'll likely be the person who reviews your work.  Of course, 
you'll need to make sure you have a copyright assignment on file for 
gnulib.
