Bison test version 2.0b has a new domain "bison-runtime"

Bison 2.0b has introduced a new translation domain "bison-runtime",
and therefore it has two .pot files instead of one.

The new source file runtime-po/bison-runtime.pot is for the new
"bison-runtime" domain, and is intended for use when Bison-generated
parsers are running.  It contains only a very few diagnostics, like
"syntax error" and "memory exhausted".  Formerely, these diagnostics
were in the "bison" domain, but now most of them have been moved.
(The msgid "memory exhausted" is in both "bison" and "bison-runtime".)

As before, the source file po/bison.pot is for the "bison" domain, and
is intended for use when Bison is running.  It contains the bulk of
the diagnostics.

Would the translation project please establish a new directory
http://www.iro.umontreal.ca/translation/maint/bison-runtime/
to hold translations for the new domain?
