I do not get essentially any spam at all, thanks to the SU filter. I 
get my spam marked mail sorted into a special spam directory. I do, 
though, check my spam marked mails for mistakes every once in a 
while. But the setup measures I do not have to do that very often. I 
am not sure what this means in terms of the GNU lists, but I think 
they are loosely moderated, with a filter looking for certain 
keywords and such. Sometimes it has happened that my mail has been 
caught, and forwarded to a moderator.
