I was wondering about error recovery in GLR parsers. When can a GLR
parser generate error tokens? Is it only when it's non-split? I
suppose so, as otherwise it might be dangerous as rules containing
an error reduction could e.g. end on a higher %dprec than a correct
parse, but I'd like to be sure.
