jb seems to have stopped development in 2000 (Bison 1.25).

It did spin off a C# version <http://sourceforge.net/projects/jb2csharp/>
whose development stopped in late 2001.

There is a BYACC/Java port whose work may be relevant.

No activity for 2 years, as far as I can see.

I have asked for student volunteers to look into this, for a software
engineering course that I am teaching this quarter at UCLA, but it's
still too early to say whether anything will come of it.  Here's a URL
