[GNU Bison 2.0] testsuite: 22 24 failed

FYI, my build of Bison 2.0 was mostly successful, but failed two tests when 
running 'make check'.  Attached is the testsuite.log file.

I'm running a Windows NT 4.0 SP 6a machine with a fresh installation of Cygwin 
1.5.12 (the latest version) with gcc 3.3.3, make 3.80, and m4 1.4.2, but 
neither bison nor flex.  I downloaded bison-2.0.tar.gz, placed it in 
/usr/local/src, and ran the shell commands listed in Paul Eggert's announcement 
e-mail of Jan 4, 2005. 

I'm not sure what to do next...
