thank you for your bug report.  Perhaps you should report it to the
bug tracker of gnuwin32 project too.  Since these are typical
Windows-only port problems, they are more likely to work on it.

Most of the people on this list don't work with any Windows port,
I'm afraid.

Of course, the most reliable way is to fix them yourself, if you have
the skills and time.
