I am using the options:
--defines
--name-prefix=MLI
--verbose
--skeleton=lalr_ha1.cc
--no-lines

If you can't reproduce it, that mysterious, because even though I am use a
direct integration of Bison and M4, it should be equivalent to a pipe.

When you had this bug in the past, what caused it?
