Copyright addendum

Hi,


a while back I posted about a crash bug in bison
(http://mail.gnu.org/pipermail/bug-bison/2002-January/001082.html)
and included a stripped grammar as example of the bug.

It seems that grammar also had its copyright messages
stripped, which is of course a violation of the GPL.

So I'd like to make it clear that that grammar is a
stripped down version of the grammar used by the
Aubit 4GL compiler (http://aubit4gl.sf.net) and was
written by Mike Aubury.
