Type redeclaration messages

CVS Bison complains if two identical %type statements
are listed for a token or rule.  This seems overkill;
since the same type is associated with the token/rule
in each case, there cannot be any confusion over the type
to use.
Aside from that,it would be useful to also list the original
declaration, instead of just 'line xxx: redeclaration of
type for yyy'.
