Why has the switch "case" value relative the rule numbers been changed in
Bison?
That is, for exmple, in parser that Bison writes, in the past
switch (yyn) {
...
case k: /* corresponds to rule k */
...
But now, case k+1 corresponds to rule k.
Why? Was it necessary for some reason?
