I was speaking only about C++ namespace's (a single word); nothing else.
Since C++ now has a technical word "namespace", the risk for confusion
becomes great if one is using the wording "name spaces" in another use in a
context including C++ without explicitly indicating what one means.

Please note that macros is not a part of the C programming language either,
but the C preprocessor language.
