Not really: One can put in a filter, making it not appear in the mail. Or
try to trace it back to the originator site and send an email to the
postmaster, but spammers are nowadays so good at faking headers that this
rarely has any effect. Replying to a spammer is thought to be bad, as they
then get a working email address, which may be used for further spamming.

Except in special cases, hitting "delete" seems to the best solution.
