Carlos Borges says he has an electronic copy of it. -- It would be good if
you can persuade Borges/Fortes to put it up on a URL, preferably in
different formats (like DVI if available), so those that want can pick it
down.

The Bison email lists traffic is not very intense, so he could sign up
