Bug ID: 32951
Summary: Support NO_COLOR for objdump
Product: binutils
Version: 2.45 (HEAD)
Status: NEW
Severity: normal
Priority: P2
Component: binutils
Assignee: unassigned at sourceware dot org
Reporter: sam at gentoo dot org
Target Milestone: ---
If binutils is configured with `--enable-colored-disassembly`, then objdump
will produce colour by default. A lot of tools support https://no-color.org/ to
opt-out at runtime which is useful if a distribution chooses to pass that
configure arg when building Binutils. (as we have in Gentoo).
