Fetch the source code from the latest branch of binutils and configure it with
the following options:

../configure --prefix=/home/tools --target=riscv64-unknown-linux-gnu
--disable-nls --disable-werror --enable-new-dtags --disable-gdb --disable-sim
--disable-libdecnumber --disable-readline

When running make to compile, the following error occurs:
