I went looking for how to link with a setting for DT_RUNPATH rather than
DT_RPATH, and came up blank in the ld doc and a web search initially.  I
eventually came across a post which mentioned using --enable-new-dtags, but
there's no way I'd have got that without reading the source, with no indication
what "the new dynamic tags" are that it controls.

I suggest listing those tags with index entries to be explicit that you need
--enable-new-dtags with --rpath for that job, at least.  I assume there are
others to treat similarly.
