    Section "3.1 Preprocessing" of the online GAS manual has a wrong reference
to "Using GNU CC".  This fixes that link.

            PR 25927
            * doc/as.texi (Preprocessing): Replace cross reference to not
            existant document with a URL to the equivalent page in the GCC
            manual.
