FIXME: UNDEFWEAK_NO_DYNAMIC_RELOC may need to be checked in more places. PR ld/22269 * elf32-sh.c (allocate_dynrelocs): Discard dynamic relocations if UNDEFWEAK_NO_DYNAMIC_RELOC is true.
