Yes, since Paul Fox created and maintained it (version 1). It allowed
me to escape from csh.

How long ago, and do you have any old source versions lying around? I'm
always trying to get old versions of bash. The oldest I have is bash-1.02.
Regrettably, neither Brian nor I saved copies of the really old ones.
