Running exec in an interactive shell does not restore the terminal
signals TSTP, TTIN, TTOU, causing them to be ignored in the new command.
$ trap
$ exec bash
$ trap
trap -- '' SIGTSTP
trap -- '' SIGTTIN
trap -- '' SIGTTOU
Andreas.
