Do I understand correctly that
#if defined(HAVE_READLINE) && defined(RL_ISSTATE) && defined(RL_INITIALIZED)
if (RL_ISSTATE(RL_INITIALIZED))
rl_resize_terminal();
#endif
is the right way to do that?
