Well, we can thank Microsoft Outlook for the unnecessary base64 encoding on
the first one. When I viewed it with google groups, it showed as still
base64 encoded, so I assumed the mailing list just doesn't support base 64
encoding, and sent the message with a less brain dead email system.
At least now I know the reason I have no answers is no one has come up with
any answers, as opposed to no one can read my message. :)
