[Bug-barcode] Bugreport: Wrong UPC-E code generated

Dear Sir or Madam,

I have observed a strange behaviour of GNU Barcode version 0.99. The
tool generates a different barcode than expected.

I use the following command:
$ barcode -o 208007.ps -b "208007" -e upc-e

I expect this to generate a UPC-E barcode that contains "208007".
However as you can see in the attached ps file it generates a barcode
containing "208073". I scanned this code with an Android app and an
USB hand scanner. Both say it contains "208073". I used some website
to generate an UPC-E barcode that contains "208007" correctly.

I tested some barcodes in that neighborhood:

This seem like a very specific bug. Other barcode types work as
expected with the tested code (208007).
